Holy cow, I'm so bad at this updating thing. Seriously, you'd think I was either dead in a ditch somewhere or the laziest person on the planet.

...feel free to pick choice #2. Ha. Ha. Ha.

Instead of ranting about how I quit Gamestop and told my boss off and how I don't have a job yet (other then helping out temporarily at my old job for a fundraiser) I'll just rant about Buffy.

So...for the past three months or so I've been re-watching Buffy all the way through with Russ because he had finally decided he wanted to see what I've been obsessed with for ten years now (HOLY SHIT IT'S BEEN TEN FUCKING YEARS!! OMG). Anyway, with the exception of season one which for the most part he hated ("I Robot - You Jane" comes up a lot with the eventual shaking of the head), he has come to adore and love the show. Now that we're 1/2 through season seven (we just finished episode 12, "Potential") he's starting to get very sad and depressed that it'll be over soon. I reminded him that even though he'll be sad, he probably won't be spending over a 1/2 hour in the bathroom sobbing on the toilet after the series finale like I did.

The point I'm trying to make in this whole scatterbrained post is that since I've been re-watching my favorite-show-ever I've been slowly getting back those fanfiction and website pangs; mainly for Xander/Dawn. I wish I had the money to buy another domain because I'd put back 'Daddy Like' in a heartbeat. Its almost like a drug I'd forgotten how good it felt to take, and now I'm addicted again. I've been very tempted to continue my X/D stories (you know, since I've started like 7 of them and all but 1 aren't finished)...I just wonder if there are still people out there that would want to read them or has the Buffy fanfiction craze died down? Anywho, hi to everyone on my friends list, I still love you guys, I'm just a piss poor excuse for a LJ blogger. I promise I will try to update more then once every six months. :)

Just popping in to say hi to everyone, and to embarrass my boyfriend by posting this video for everyone to see. I'm not sure if I've explained it before, but Russ and his two best friends, Chad and Tuck do short films and stuff together. Sometimes its for fun (like in this instance), but lately they've actually been thinking of making it a legitimate business (they made a music video for a local popular band a few weeks ago). But anyway, I thought this would make everyone chuckle. Russ is the main guy in the black leather jacket and black pants, Tuck is the guitar guy in the leopard print bath robe, and Chad is the guy in the Dickies work shirt and jeans.

Holy shit. Its been...FIVE MONTHS. Five months since I've posted anything in here. I guess its been a combination of both laziness and 'oh God I do nothing but work'. Let's see...not much to update with the exception of Russ and I have been going out for a little over 7 months now. Things in that department have been wonderful. My Mom's friend Terry is throwing her daughter a huge fancy "Sweet 16" party on Friday so I'll have pictures of Russ and I and my family to post. This is a really short/lame post but at least I'm back in the fold for awhile! I've missed posting to all my LJ friends so I want to get back into the swing of things.

My wavering faith in Veronica Mars has been renewed...the season finale kicked a lot of ass. :)

Since everyone on my flist has been talking about VM, I will download the last three or four (I forget how many I missed) episodes and watch them since you all seem to have liked it.

I hope I like them...VM has been on thin ice with me this season (as are a few other shows)....I'm going to give it another chance though!

Okay.... for those of you who have watched Alias this season, is it worth me downloading all the episodes and watching them? I stopped after episode three this season cause it was just so bleh that I just lost faith in it all together (I didn't think much of last season either). Being that I have a couple weeks of nothing to do makes me wonder if I should just buckle down and watch it though.

Also, is it me or does Veronica Mars and The O.C. this season just been completely and utterly boring? I think the writers decided to vacation for 6 months.

This could quite possibly be the funniest thing I've ever seen. Or close to it. If you've ever seen the show Wonder Showzen then you've probably seen this. If not - watch it. I guarantee you'll laugh. They're like Care Bears on crack.

Just popping in to say howdy and that I turned 22 today. Not much of a difference from 21 but hey I guess that's just the way it goes from now on. I still get cake and presents to its okay! As long as I get through working 9 - 7 today things will alllllll be good. Plus Russ is coming over tonight so it'll be even better.

By the way, there is nothing, NOTHING better then being in love. Its like if you took all the drugs in the whole world, it still wouldn't produce the same effect. I sound like the sappiest person ever right now but its so true.

I'm so bored and my back is killing me from shoveling my driveway. This blizzard was actually the 2nd worst in recorded history for the east coast. Whew!

So I was supposed to open and close the store today, but upon waking up and seeing a blizzard outside (we've got over a FOOT of snow out there already) and plows getting stuck in the middle of the street, I think that I'll be staying in with my pj's on and watching movies. From watching the news though, this storm won't be done until after 1 or 2pm today....which means we'll probably have or be close to having 2 feet of snow.

I really did have something to write about, but I just had one of those moments where your brain just conks out and goes on a temporary vacation.

I've been re-watching The O.C. season 1 and Roswell season 3 simultaneously these past few days so I'm getting my tv moments all mixed up...ie: "Didn't you just love when Max and Seth went ice skating on Christmas and Max told him he was his family and he loved him so much? Wait a minute......"

Its been awhile since I've read Roswell fanfic...anyone still know of any good sites? I've only recently remembered how much I loved the idea of Isabel/Kyle. So cute! Jesse was a nice guy, but a bit boring. I'm still so pissed off though that they didn't include the extended Graduation episode. The original was 2 hours long, but no one ever got to see it! Max and Liz slept together in it! UGH!! Fucking dvd people.

I have to go into work at 2pm but hopefully by the the CRAMPS FROM HELL will have gone by then. Come on Aleve I know you wanna kick in sometime soon....
